Uh oh... second piece of the year in july (aside from some ugly fanart i'm not gonna post) and it's a quick sketchy thing. I've been drawing a lot but ended up falling into my old habit of only sketching without finishing anything.
Lately i've really been into making weird character designs and drawing creatures, stay tuned for more... I also got tired of the way digital art enabled my perfectionism so i've been doing a lot more traditionally. Not having the ability to endlessly redo stuff and fix mistakes cuts the time I'd spend on a similar piece digitally by half, which is A LOT. The result is never as polished but I really want to unlearn that way of thinking... I'd never be so critical about someone elses art so it makes no sense why i would keep myself up to such high standards.
